K-Con, Inc. recently completed a 7,000 square foot high-bay storage warehouse building at the U.S. Army’s Soldier System Center in Natick, Massachusetts. This design-build pre-engineered insulated metal building has a standing seam metal insulated roof, overhead doors, man doors, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm and sprinkler system, interior and exterior lighting, skylights, concrete slab, door stoops and apron, retaining wall, and drainage system around building. The contract was executed with K-Con’s GSA schedule and project completed in just 7 months.
