K-Con staff and friends are getting ready for our annual Thanksgiving meal for CYDC’s children and staff! We love this event. Each year it gets bigger and better!
K-Con’s annual tradition of preparing and serving a Thanksgiving meal for the Carolina Youth Development Center (CYDC) in North Charleston takes place on Monday before Thanksgiving each year – this will be our 21th year of food, fun, face-painting, music, giveaways, arts/crafts, and yes deep-fried turkeys… about 50 of them!
President of K-Con Inc. Pat Kiernan says it’s a fantastic opportunity to give back to the community.
“We’ve been doing it so long it’s really become part of our company and something we look forward to every year, something that we all get excited about, and not only our company but the people that we work with around the community as well.”
