Post frame building systems use timber framing with metal exterior skinning.  This means that it is easier and more cost-effective to add attractive design features (such as overhangs, steeper roof pitch, porches, etc.). These post frame buildings don’t require interior supporting walls, so the wide-open space inside can be configured to your needs; interior build out is simple too. Beams can even be left exposed for a more rustic look.

Since wood framing transfers less heat than steel framing does, the entire wall system is more efficient. K-Con's post frame building packages can include an ENERGY SAVER option.

Our manufacturer utilizes in plant fabrication of trusses, steel, roll forming, trim fabrication, and laminating columns that means the very best building materials are used, backed by some of the strongest warranties in the industry, including a 50 year warranty on structural columns against decay and insect damage (contact K-Con for details).
