K-Con’s GSA contract allows you to purchase not only the building package itself, but the site work and foundation construction, electrical systems, HVAC systems, lighting, and water and sewer service. Combined with some of K-Con’s other GSA products, the buildings can also be fitted out with interior office space and mezzanines.
