 K-CON’s Federal Supply Schedule GSA contract allows us to provide not only the building package itself, but also the upfront design and engineering services, site and foundation preparation, installation services, and all other related ancillary services. In other words, K-CON can provide you with a complete, turn-key project, all through GSA.

K-CON’s pre-engineered metal building systems as manufactured by Metallic Buildings offer a very low cost, versatile, quickly delivered and simply erected alternative to conventional construction. Pre-engineered buildings can be easily expanded or modified as your requirements change, and K-CON’s design creativity and experience allows us to provide virtually any architectural appearance. Pre-engineered metal buildings can be provided with the variety of siding and roofing styles, varying degrees and types of insulation, a wide selection of personnel and vehicle doors, and many other options. K-CON’s GSA contract allows you to purchase not only the building package itself, but the site work and foundation construction, electrical systems, HVAC systems, lighting, and water and sewer service. Combined with some of K-CON’s other GSA products, the buildings can also be fitted out with interior office space and mezzanines.
