About K-Con, Inc.

K-Con, Inc. was founded in 1984 in Charleston, South Carolina, initially as a small installer of modular building panels.  Since that time, K-CON has evolved and grown into a full service general contracting firm and has built a distinguished reputation by specializing in a wide range of building solutions for the industrial, commercial and military marketplaces.  During the intervening fifteen years, K-CON has expanded its operations nationally and overseas to include a diverse background of building projects and construction services.

K-CON's unique design/build and engineering services have provided solutions for a myriad of military and commercial building applications, utilizing a comprehensive, problem solving philosophy that focuses on the special requirements and parameters of our clients.  K-CON's extensive background in construction, design, engineering and project management, combined with a personal, hands-on approach to addressing clients' needs results in building solutions that are best suited to the customer's unique application and budget.  This same experience enables K-CON to undertake a small portion of a project, or offer complete, turn-key performance.

K-CON's emphasis on customer service and communication, along with careful attention to quality and detail, are geared toward finding the means to save time and money while assuring our clients' complete satisfaction.  All of these K-CON advantages are directed toward bringing projects to completion on time, within budget and with uncompromising quality.
